As Director of Administration, Kara is responsible for overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in an accurate and efficient manner. She works closely with all members of the team to monitor progress from initial ideation to completion. She also acts as the liaison between the MWA team and our compliance department to maintain compliance on client accounts.
Kara joined MWA in 2017 after 20 years as a Warranty Administrator for Jaguar Land Rover N.A. Her responsibilities ranged from general office management and working with the President, VP and General Manager on daily operating activities to leading factory and internal audits.

Kara is one of our team’s few PA residents and resides in Stewartstown, PA. She loves reading, movies, game nights with friends and family, anything pumpkin flavored and regards Halloween as the BEST holiday.
